Studio Hire — The Fitting Space

The following applies to all studio hire bookings. By completing your booking you agree to our full Terms & Conditions, set out below.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required to confirm your booking, due no later than 7 days before your hire date. Unpaid bookings may be released without notice.

MINIMUM HIRE

The minimum hire period is a half-day. Bookings run on a half-day or full-day basis, or longer by arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 48 hours of your hire start time are non-refundable. Outside of 48 hours, terms are as agreed at booking.

LATE BOOKINGS

Bookings made within 24 hours of the start time are subject to availability and may incur a £50 late booking fee.

WEEKENDS & OUT-OF-HOURS

Weekend, public holiday, and out-of-hours bookings are subject to additional charges, confirmed at the time of booking.

NO-SHOWS

Failure to attend does not entitle the Hirer to a refund.
